1. Who we are

AX Cloud Drive (the website drive.huntbits.com and the Android app) is a personal cloud storage service operated by Huntbits, a trading name of Parameswaran Venkateswaran (sole proprietor), Erode, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN 33AGBPV8708P1ZQ). Contact: privacy@huntbits.com.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Huntbits account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in, your Vault password and your recovery key safe. We cannot recover files in the Vault or Vault 2 if you lose both the password and the recovery key.

3. The service

• Every account gets 50 GB free. Paid plans (AX Ecosystem) give more storage, no ads, and Premium in other AX apps.
• The free plan shows ads in the Android app. Deleted files stay in the Recycle Bin for 24 hours on the free plan and 30 days on paid plans.
• We work to keep your files safe and available, but no online service can promise it will never be interrupted. Keep copies of files that matter to you.

4. Plans and payments

• On the website, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• In the Android app, purchases are made through Google Play under Google Play's terms.
• Plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep the plan until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.
• If a plan ends (cancelled, refunded or not renewed) and you use more storage than your remaining plan gives, your files are locked until you delete some or buy a plan again. Listing and deleting still work, and nothing is deleted for you.

5. Acceptable use

You keep ownership of your files. You must not use AX Cloud Drive to store or share content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, or that is malware; to run a public file-hosting or download service; or to abuse or overload the service. Shared links can be reported, and we may disable links or accounts that break these rules.

6. Ending your use

You can stop using AX Cloud Drive and delete your files at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Unless the law requires otherwise, we will give notice before closing an account and a chance to download your files.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, AX Cloud Drive is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by e-mail before it applies.
